Brown Tuxedos

Not too long ago brides wanted the groom to wear a brown tuxedo for their wedding. Thanks to slick advertising brown tuxedos became the wedding fashion rage. Tuxedo rental shops were descended upon by brides and grooms looking for these elusive tuxedos.

It wasn’t long before tuxedo shops had to turn away business because they couldn’t keep up with the demand. To make matters worse, the shops couldn’t buy more tuxedos to supply their customers because the manufacturers failed to anticipate the demand and didn’t make enough brown tuxedos. This unfortunate situation continued for several years.

Things have changed nowadays. While still extremely popular, the demand has peaked, possibly replaced by the desire for destination wedding suits or destination wedding tuxedos. These are usually tan tuxedos. Men now have a much better selection of brown tuxedos, and most places have an ample supply. Supply has finally caught up with demand.
